Privacy on this website

Last updated 11 October 2026.

This website is run by ARX Algorithms Ltd. You can contact us at support@arxalgorithms.com.

The free tools

The deadline calculator, the rights checker and the grievance letter builder run entirely in your browser. What you type is not sent to us or anyone else, and it is gone when you close the page. The site's security settings block it from sending data anywhere.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind on this website. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We do not use it to identify you.

The app

The app will have its own privacy policy, published before it launches.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle personal data, contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
